Vision:

Razi School of Nursing and Midwifery, as a part of Kerman University of Medical Sciences, is responsible for the society's health promotion through nursing and midwifery sciences. Our vision is to contribute more profoundly in the development of nursing and midwifery sciences, provide an environment in which human resources, including trainers, trainees and other employees, would feel growth, establish more and deeper organizational relationships with scientific, governmental, private, regional, national, and international centers in order to coordinate the scientific developments with the needs of the society through the exchange of experiences, rank first at the national and regional level, be the first-rate and prominent school at the international level.

Mission:

The mission of this school is to continuously improve the quality and quantity of educational and research services, educate and traine skilled, committed, creative, thoughtful, effective, and efficient human resources based on cultural, moral, and spiritual beliefs and values in different educational levels of nursing and midwifery, guide and direct students to achieve the highest qualifications, continue their studies at higher levels, and obtain the highest rank at the national and regional level, have scientific interaction with domestic and foreign universities, hold retraining courses for the branch colleges, hospitals, and comprehensive health centers and consult them. The scope of services of this group in the fields of health, treatment, rehabilitation, education, care and support are from the primary care level to the provision of specialized care and services based on the highest standards with the changing needs of the society. Also, we tried to have a favorable condition for teaching and learning and provide fields for having innovation in the methods and educational content. In this faculty, research activities are carried out with the aim of producing science in the fields of health, treatment, education, and profession, and supporting domestic and international publications.
